There is an option to get a huge amount of Ministry of Education (MOE) Tuition Grant which ranges from 5,000-40,000 Singaporean dollars/annum (approx) for international students depending on your program. If an international student can manage to avail of this grant he/she has to pay a subsidized tuition fee rate. This grant is open to a student who has not received any kind of scholarship. To qualify for this grant, an International student must need to sign of agreement called a Service Obligation (SO) with the Ministry of Education (MOE) to work for a Singapore-based company for three years after graduation.
